Our team has the “drive” to provide that dedicated attention to every one of our special clients. They work tirelessly to ensure everyone gets the true Daisy experience. This includes avidly cleaning our vehicles, delivering newsletters and birthday cards, through to dressing up for the Santa Parades. Also dancing with our clients at the Operatunity Concert, climbing through house windows to retrieve keys, through to making “daisy” face masks.
During the COVID19 lockdown last year we rung every single client to enquire after their wellbeing. Everyone was willing to participate and some continued to make regular phone calls to stay connected with our clients.
Our clients speak very highly of our staff and it certainly makes me proud to be able to be part of such an awesome team. The recent client survey result of 100% client satisfaction certainly highlighted this!!
