I have been using the Driving Miss Daisy services for my husband (who has Dementia) for the past eighteen months.  During this time I have had not one complaint to make.  In fact I would find it very hard if I ever have to use the services of a regular Taxi now.

This is not just any transport organization.  These folk genuinely care about their passengers and take a personal interest in their health and well being.  Always on time – always warm and friendly – always helpful – always go that extra step.

They drove my husband to his day care unit 4 days a week, escorted him right inside and when they returned to collect him, went right inside again and walked with him to the car.  They have also taken him for haircuts and I am sure whatever else I asked of them they would have gladly done for us.

I would never again use a taxi should I find myself in this type of situation again.  Not now, having experienced the excellent service this company gives.  If you want the best for your loved one in terms of safe, reliable and professional transport, these are the folk to call upon.  I cannot speak highly enough of the Upper Hutt branch of Driving Miss Daisy and would be happy to talk to anyone wanting further information about them.
