Hi, my name is Heather Anderson. Myself and Rochelle McLachlan are excited to be the new owners of Driving Miss Daisy North Canterbury.

It is with great pleasure to be able to serve our community, ensuring that everyone can have access to a caring, safe and reliable personal driving service.

We have both been residents in Kaiapoi for over 15 years. My twin boys, who are very passionate about their basketball, are currently in Year 12 at Kaiapoi High School. I have a management background in Passenger Transport, and have been involved in this industry for approximately 18 years. During this time my main passion has been in Operational Management for the MOE Special Education School Transport Assistance. Rochelle has an extensive background in Compliance and Health & Safety Management which is a great asset to our ongoing commitment to keeping everyone safe.

When the opportunity arose to purchase the North Canterbury franchise, we knew it would be a great fit. The franchise has successfully operated in North Canterbury since 2012 and we are proud to continue the great service that has been provided.

We have a great team of drivers who all understand the Driving Miss Daisy way and enjoy meeting and assisting all of our clients. We have a wheelchair accessible vehicle along with three cars to cover everyone’s needs.

We are a personalised companion driving service which is pre-booked and pre-quoted. Driving Miss Daisy is an ACC accredited provider and Total Mobility Cards are accepted. We also accept Cerebral Palsy getOutThere vouchers.
