Hello, my name is Sarah Moffat-Wood and I am very pleased to introduce myself as the owner of Driving Miss Daisy Eastern Bays.
I first heard about Driving Miss Daisy when the company launched in New Zealand and thought what a wonderful and important service it offered. From then on I have always been pleased to see a Driving Miss Daisy car going by or a Driving Miss Daisy staff member out with a client. When the opportunity to become part of the Driving Miss Daisy “chain” presented itself I was delighted to be able to become involved in what I know to be a community-spirited and valuable addition to our society.
My whole working career has been spent in customer service positions, from 11 years as a Flight Attendant with Air New Zealand to more recent roles in Sales with various national and multi-national companies. I am now using my attributes in customer care and customer satisfaction in my role with Driving Miss Daisy.
From personal experience with my family and friends I know how important it is to remain independent and to be able to choose when and where you go without relying on anyone else to get you there. Driving Miss Daisy gives you all the options together with a personal service which keeps you in control at all times. We can take you to appointments, shopping or simply out for some entertainment and enjoyment.
I am the mother of two (now adult) boys and therefore understand the stress and pressure of juggling work obligations and children’s commitments. We can pick up and drop off children to school or to their after-school activities for parents who expect a safe and reliable way for their family to travel.
I am an animal lover and pets are welcome to travel with Driving Miss Daisy. We can assist you with their visits to the vet, beauty parlour or wherever you require them to be taken.
For any enquiries or assistance regarding your travel needs please don’t hesitate to contact the Eastern Bays team and we will try our best to help and to make your future travel plans easy and stress-free.
