Hi, we are Sharon & Jeff Evans, the proud new owners of Driving Miss Daisy Redwood and Burwood.

We have been involved in the aged care sector since 2004 when we purchased our first Rest Home and Retirement Village and were lucky enough to have purchased three more over a period of nine years.  Sadly, we lost one of the Rest Homes in the Christchurch earthquake.

Prior to this, I was working at Nurse Maude Hospital in an Activities role and Jeff was in the police force.

We have three grown-up daughters and two sons-in-law. We also are very lucky to have three beautiful Grandchildren.

After 19 years of working in aged care, we are now very excited about our next chapter of owning two Driving Miss Daisy Franchises. We know this will be the perfect fit for us as we enjoy working with and helping people.

In our leisure time, we enjoy camping in our favorite spot in Wanaka with our family and friends.  Jeff enjoys fishing so we often freedom camp along the canals in Twizel. We also enjoy bike rides on our electric bikes.

We are focused on providing a caring and reliable companion driving service for people of all ages.  Driving Miss Daisy is a pre-quoted service, we accept Total Mobility Scheme Cards and an ACC contracted supplier.
