Ursula Grube joined my team in February 2017 and since day one she has embraced the role and made a difference. No job is too early, too late, too big or too small for her to do. Recently Ursula was helping a 92 year old client with his shopping and he mentioned that he was struggling to heat his meals with the benchtop oven. Over the next few weeks Ursula helped him to buy his first ever microwave oven, she helped him to install it and use it. Going the extra mile, she also bought him a microwave cookbook from the Hospice Shop and she regularly checks in on him to see if he needs help. Ursula is a valuable and reliable member of my Daisy team and with her dedication we are creating many happy days for our clients.
