Valerie’s warm and friendly manner gives clients permission to relax and be themselves. She has a natural ability to engage warmly and openly especially with our younger clients. For the last couple of weeks, Valerie has transported the children to and from school for an ACC client. Even after their time with ACC had ceased, Valerie continued to drive the children to and from school because they enjoyed her company so much.
If the business needs help at the last minute, Valerie always makes herself available. Her flexibility is a real asset. She has great communication skills, dealing with clients in a professional and friendly manner.
