Kay is a Dance Teacher, who drives three days a week for Driving Miss Daisy, Kapiti. I often think the attributes of dance and theatre hold her in good stead for the Daisy business.
Sometimes we call it the ‘dance’ when we have to be in three places at once or have three clients dancing between rest homes, hair salons, libraries and medical appointments. Kay always keeps calm and has never left any one behind!
Sometimes the job requires the ability to keep smiling and get out there, even when other things are going on in your life. Kay is the total professional who is only ever interested in the client and the needs they have. Greatly appreciated by the clients (and the business owner) , Kay always asks for or books the next job, outstanding customer service.
