In this business our drivers are ordinary people who go above and beyond delivering an extraordinary service to the clients in their area.
One of these drivers is Justine, who recently set off to collect regular client Mrs Hicks from her dental appointment in the centre of Auckland City. The CBD and Queen Street is very tricky to navigate at the moment with road works, no parking, reduced loading zones and a reduced speed limit. Justine timed it perfectly and was picking up Mrs Hicks when the dental surgery called to say she was ready to be collected.
Susie received a call from Mrs Hicks the following day to tell her what a wonderful job Justine did navigating the traffic and all the road works. She thought Justine did such a great job, she was cool, calm and thoughtful, at no time did Mrs Hicks feel rushed or stressed. Mrs Hicks waited at the clinic to be collected and was surprised when Justine promptly arrived as she did not expect her to be that quick! Justine escorted her down to the parked car, assisted her and her walker into the car and together they navigated the road works to get out of the City and safely home again.
