Our drivers are true professionals. Clients rely on them to know the answers to questions that are sometimes not yet visible. It is our driver’s self-assuredness in such situations that makes our service special.
One of Ange’s drivers Alison puts her heart and soul into looking after clients and in particular making sure the needs and safety of the client are put first. A child of an ACC client that she transports has anaphylaxis. Ange advised Alison the child has an allergic reaction and medication must travel with him. The medication needs to be put into a special fridge at day-care etc. Alison showed no signs of panic or stress when told and she took it in her stride. The family have commented on numerous occasions how Alison’s professionalism and confidence put them at ease.
