I am married to John and over the years have been a busy mother of three daughters and four grandchildren. For a number of years I worked with special needs children and then left to run the administration side of John’s businesses.
 
I now have an absolute passion for our Driving Miss Daisy business and I love giving support and taking good care of our clients, while having fun and lots of laughs with them as we go to and from appointments! When a client of mine says “Chris you are so lovely, helpful and nice to me, I will never use anyone else”, it really helps me to realize how wonderful our service is and what a positive impact we have on so many people in our community.
 
The business is growing each week and the elderly clients absolutely love the service.  It makes them feel comfortable and secure, knowing they have someone reliable to help them.  I don't really see my business as a job - I just love doing it and love helping to brighten up my clients day.

I have been married to Christine for 30 years and we have three beautiful daughters, plus four growing grandchildren. I come from a farming/forestry background and have built a number of successful businesses in these sectors over the years.
 
I see our Driving Miss Daisy business as an extremely exciting new service, and I am constantly amazed at the extraordinarily positive feedback we are continually receiving from a huge variety of sectors in our communities of Napier and Taradale. It is an added bonus that we now have our daughter Anna helping us as a support driver as we grow the business!
 
When a nurse at our local DHB Hospital says to you without any prompting “your Driving Miss Daisy service is just wonderful”, you know you are doing something worthwhile for people. I am looking forward to growing our business into a Hawkes Bay success story and developing wonderful friendships with our clients along the way.
