‘ow do! (That's Yorkshire for Hello) - I'm Lynne, I live in Pukekohe and I'm your "Daisy" driver for the Franklin region. My husband and I emigrated from the UK three years ago.  We have three adult sons of our own and have been foster carers for over 30 children in the UK.  I was also a Teaching Assistant, supporting Special Needs Children in a mainstream school for 8 years.  Here in New Zealand I have worked as a Nanny/Home Help for a busy family with 4 adorable children.

We love our new country and the people of New Zealand.  One thing I have noticed in the beautiful Franklin area is that so many people live rurally. This remoteness is wonderful for most but it can be a problem for some, such as teenagers - not yet old enough to drive, and older folks - who may no longer drive. People can often feel frustrated or socially isolated and that's where I believe Driving Miss Daisy Franklin can help.  I get a buzz out of caring for and helping others and I really feel that my new business, Driving Miss Daisy Franklin will be a great way to meet people.  With my shiny new car, I can be there, on time, every time, for you.
